Grandparent's Name Signs

Before Christmas I was contacted by a sorority sister from college (Go Vols!) to make personalized name signs for some of her family members.  I made brother & sister name signs. I also made a sign for her sister.

Here are the signs I made for her children to give to their grandparents.

 8x3.5 Font- Times New Roman Vinyl white lettering & maroon. 

16x6 Double Boarded Font- Times New Roman 

Colors- Michigan colors of course! Blue & Maize

Letters are scrapbook paper.

Yep... I'm still pregnant.

So I posted way back in August the name of our third boy.  At that time, I even said I hoped to have his nursery completed by Thanksgiving.  Well, on November 15th we woke up to a bad rain storm and a nursery ceiling and wall with severe water damage.

Fast forward to today and we finally have a new roof and new ceiling in Grayson's room and a 90% completed nursery.  Needless to say, I won't finish this nursery by the time he gets here (if he ever decides to come), but at this point I am thankful that he will have a room without a gigantic hole in the ceiling.

Here is the name sign I made to go above his crib.  His room is circus theme.  My dad cut the letters in the font "Pointedly Mad".  More nursery pictures to come... sometime within the next year :)

Hunting

Here is another sign my friend Angela ordered.  Her new husband will be giving this sign to his grandfather for Christmas.  Landon, his father & grandfather have been hunting together for years.  This will hang at their hunting cabin.  I hope he enjoys his sign!

An Aunt makes life sweeter

In addition to children name signs my sorority sister also requested I make her a sign for her sister.  Her children call her Aunt Sissy. Which I LOVE!

One of the best things in life that ever happened to me was becoming an Aunt.  I have two sweet, adorable, red-headed nephews that I love dearly.

My sorority sister from college asked me to make name signs for her daughter and son, McKenna and Canon. I hope they enjoy their signs!

Eli my wild, cuddly child

Here is the name sign I made for Eli when he was a newborn.  They did hang above his crib.  Now he is in a real bed. Where did that time go?  When Eli was born and as he grew I wondered why he didn't act like my oldest. Eli is rough and tumble, not very vocal, but sure can dance.  He could care less about toys or TV.  If he is playing with a toy, it is because he stole it from my oldest and ran off laughing. He much rather follow me around the house and open drawers and take everything out. And the best thing about Eli... this boy loves to cuddle.  I'll take it!

Little Lambie

My friend Lauren had the cutest little baby boy in June of 2010 named Hunter. I made this for Hunter in celebration of his life.  He was a true gift from God for Lauren and Darin.  Hope you enjoy!

Two cute boys

My childhood friend Emily just had her third baby, a little girl.  Her two older boys are now sharing a room.  So this is for Kole and Chase.  Maybe when they get older they will need a sign that says "No Girls Allowed". I hope you enjoy!

Classroom Sign

I made this one for my mom.  She is a first grade teacher.  Not only is she an awesome teacher, but the Scott's Screech Owls have won 1st place in Field Day 7 years in a row! YEAH!

Bistro Bar

I made this sign for the sweet parents of my friend Jenna.  The Braniff's are an awesome family and I am grateful to know them.
